I am new to SparkPeople and so far, love it. I am hoping that someone will read this post and be able to help me. I am going away for the weekend to somewhere that has no internet access, therefore I suspect the nutrition tracker on my phone will not work. Can anyone recommend an e-book that I can download to a table in order to be able to track my calories, fat, protein, fiber, etc. and not get off-track while on this mini-vacation?
I leave in 5 days so an e-book is more likely than ordering something....
