I use it often. I have many of my Mom's favorite meals for when I go over there and a lot of sandwich combos. Did you know when you add a grouping it only counts as one point no matter how many items are in it. A "copy food' give you as many points as are there. So a sandwich lunch with all the trimmings counts as many points unlike the group sandwich item.
I do it all the time for casseroles and soups, cakes, pizza etc. I bulk cook them, divide the weights by the number of serves and enter that. When that batch is all used up, I delete it from the groupings, because I very seldom use a recipe. I make up as I go.
Does anybody use groupings on the nutrition tracker to easily record some healthy meals and snacks that you eat fairly frequently? Here are some of my groupings:
egg white omelette eggs, toast and orange melon with yogurt and almonds oats and berries with yogurt salad with chick peas sandwich veggies steel cut oats with berries turkey sandwich with carrots and celery
