Like many have said, try adding fruit. Also something like peppermint or other flavor mint (orange, pineapple, chocolate, etc -- don't know all of them) leaves to the water. I have found filtering my water makes it taste better.

Someone mentioned MIO for flavoring water. I think that Kroger also has their brand and don't know if there are others. At the Diabetes Expo I went to Sweet Leaf Stevia was there with some new ones they have. I tried a sample of Raspberry Lemon and liked that. It was much better than the MIO I tried and threw away (couldn't stand it) IMO.

I also have a problem with drinking enough water because whenever I drink it my gut hurts horribly.

I don't know if you like carbonated water but I've been drinking grapefruit flavoured Perrier and I love it as an alternative to regular water. No fake flavours or colours. They also make lemon and lime.

A lot of people just don't like water - me being one of them. Also, for some, water can aggravate acid burn. If you can't face regularly sipping a little water, try having it in a cup of tea, watered down juice, etc. The only real reason you need 'water' is that you need fluids. IF you drink a lot of soda or juice, obviously water doesn't have the calories or additives, but apart from that, any of the other drinks still provide fluids, as does foods - think casseroles, soups, milk ..... even cheese has a certain amount of fluid.

look up ideas for infusing water. Sometimes it takes a few minutes and sometimes a few hours depending on what you use. I saw some awesome ideas on pinterest. You may want to check.

ha ha just kidding!

A lot of people use lemon, lime, fruit, etc. to jazz up their water. Squeeze it in, or you can buy one of those water infusers they sell so you don't get any pulp. Some people use herbs, too.

There are additives that you can buy, like Mio - but I don't know much about them.

You can also buy bottles of already flavoured water, if you like that kind of stuff.

The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
