The question really is: Is it stalling your weight loss?
You are so close to your goal, have you shifted into almost maintenance (very slowly losing)?
I ask, because that is what I am doing. These last few pounds for me, I am treating kinda maintenancy (I know, there is no word). Which means, I am losing them slowly - allowing myself more food - yet still losing.
Sometimes I do feel like I am cheating, still - but then I remind myself that at this stage I am looking at month goal - my aim is to lose a pound or so a month. I'm not "binging", just eating sometimes more - and that is life, real life.
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
