I use a pinch of flax in my smoothies. But I add a tsp of chia seeds with my greek yogurt and granola mix. Or I sometimes use a pinch of chia mixed with peanut butter to dip my apple slices in.
From what I can remember, chia has slightly more protein, fiber and omega's than flax. But not a huge difference.
