Wow tater tots are one of my favorite junk foods. I used to get them almost everyday on the way to work from Burger King. I have not had anything like that in so long. I know if I did I might start going backwards so I will just remember how they are not good for me and full of fat and grease and I do not need them. :) Good memories.

=) They really are addictive!!!! I feel wicked greasy right now... but hey, I eat stuff like that once in a while so i'm not gonna beat myself up for it, and I squeezed out as much oil as I could before I ate them lol!!! Omg i'm a crazy person. I'm actually trying to drink lots of water, I dont like the greasy feeling, its amazing how changing your health lifestyle turns you off from these feelings. I remember going to Mcdonalds with my friends all the time years ago and I loved it!!! Now I bet I couldnt stomach that stuff consistently like I used to. FYI, baked Tater Tots are yummier than fried =)
Yeah, tater tots - nutritionally almost worthless, but so tasty. The cafeteria where I work serves them too. When they're hot and crispy and you haven't had anything like that for a long time, they taste really good. Nobody's perfect, hope you enjoyed them. :)

At my job we have a cafe, for breakfast one of the things they serve are these really yummy... fried... oily crunchy tater tots... they are sooooo good... but after a couple bites you start tasting the oil and grease. Before I started SparkPeople, I wasnt that aware of what I was putting in my body, but these tater tots were just oily to touch, you dont need someone or a tracker to point out these probably are not the healthiest choice. Anyways, this morning I was craving them really bad, so I got some.... used about 20 napkins to squeeze out the oil of each one and ate them... I was trying to resist the urge to get them, but hey, we cant deprive our body of what we crave right? We just need to be smart about it... now I will be more mindful of what I eat later in the day =)
