In my opinion, 4g of protein vs 2g of protein isnt enough of a difference for me. I dont generally eat cream cheese, but I would rather find better alternatives for protein, like eggs.

It's not available where I live, but I did read a review of it (in Consumer Reports, I think) that wasn't positive. They didn't like the texture, but more importantly they didn't think it had enough protein to be worth the cost or the calories. Read the label carefully, compare the protein content and calories to other foods, and decide whether it's worth it to you, or whether maybe you could be happy with neufchatel cheese on the bagel and get your protein from that yogurt snack. Or maybe breakfast could be a fruit, yogurt, and high-fiber cereal parfait, or half a turkey sandwich, etc. If you go a page or two back in this forum, you'll find lots and lots of discussions of how to get more protein.

Has anyone tried this yet? I saw it on facebook. I'm trying to look for new ideas for breakfast that has a lot of protein in it. I find it hard to do eggs some mornings. I was thinking about this with a whole wheat light bagel thin and maybe a greek yogurt for snack. I feel like I do better when I graze.
