Yes I am way ahead of my goal. I was wondering if this was the cause. I'm not losing huge amounts each week that would be eye raising, but I am losing faster than my goal. Thanks for the replies it has helped alot!

If you have not changed your exercise; then the goal date (or rate of weight loss) is probably the reasoning.

Perhaps before, your program was set for a 2 pound a week weight loss.
Perhaps now, it is set for a 1/2 pound a week? Slower rate of wt loss equals more calories to eat.

This is just an example of what might have changed

Any time you save your settings, it will recalculate your calorie needs. Are you ahead of your goal, or did you change your goal date?

Hi all, I have currently lost 23lbs so far. And when I went to enter my total spark adjusted my calorie intake number. I was wondering why is this happening? I have the calories set to no exercise and yesterday my intake was 1390-1740 and today it increased to 1540-1890. Why would it increase if I didn't change any of my goals? Any feedback would help. Thanks!
