I had trouble scheduling things like this, too.
What I've finally done - since I'm a 25+ year veteran of the night shift, is that my "day" is wake-up to go-to-bed. So, my first meal, at whatever hour, is "breakfast". Lunch is middle of that time period. "Dinner" is when I get home. The time isn't relevant for me.
The trouble is getting the SP schedule to comply. I don't know how to address that part.
I've added a "late lunch", a "snack" , and a "TID" (this one is because I list all my meds) on my Tracker, which sometimes substitutes for meals off the typical 24-hour schedule. So far, that's working for me. At least, when I track this way, my entries compile into that "typical" (for other people) time frame.
If you find a better method, I'd love to hear about it, too!
...the problem with people these days is
they've forgotten we're really just animals ...
We did not create the web of life; we are but a strand in it.
We don't have souls. We ARE souls. We have bodies.
