This used to happen to me a lot before (when I was actively losing weight), and it happened early this morning, so I thought I'd ask.
I went to bed a little hungry (I was in a healthy calorie/fat/etc. range according to my very recently updated nutrition tracker), and at about 6a this morning I woke up in almost a panic, certain I was about to vomit. My mouth was full of saliva, and I even rushed to the bathroom, but nothing happened. I calmed myself down and went back to sleep, and at 7a woke up fine.
This used to happen to me fairly frequently before, and I'm not sure what to do to keep it from happening, as its quite unpleasant. To clarify, I never actually vomit, I just wake up feeling like I need to. Anyone have any experience with this?
