Before you start worrying about that, remember that those are things that may not be on every nutrition label or entry in the tracker. I would check with a doctor to see if you're really low, and if so, how to address it. The odds are that you are actually getting enough, but it's just not being recorded. Be very cautious about using the Sparkpeople Tracker to diagnose vitamin deficiencies. It just doesn't have enough information to do that.
