I like whole milk, but like butter, triple cream cheese, sour cream, full-fat yogurt and heavy cream even better. I'll have about 1/4 cup of cream in each cup of decaf I drink. I get my dairy from non-homogenized raw milk, grassfed cows that live a healthy life outdoors, which means that the food has a much higher nutrient value including much more omega 3 fatty acids and CLA's (conjugated linoleic acids). It's worth the extra money I spend.
