If the lunch doesn't work for you, then
select a different lunch
or make substitutions in the lunch
or design your own lunch within your calorie allotment for lunch.

Let me know if you need the steps to do these.

is there a reason that you can't cook your lunch for tomorrow after you eat dinner tonight? i can't think of a reason why that would not work [and the spark meal plan has decided that it's hummus wraps with apples and pb for lunch all this week for me, so i'm not having any luck finding anything that might be difficult to make ahead].

-google first. ask questions later.

You can always forgo using the meal plans and track your food yourself.

Problem is they dont tell you the calories or really seem like its any easier choices, unless I want to spend hours looking through all their lists, which, mise well just do the one on spark then. Thanks though.

There really isn't a way to do that but, check out sites like laptoplunches.com for ideas for packable, healthy lunches.

So I am trying to stick to my diet that Spark makes with the guidelines and things I have set up, but there is one problem. How am I supposed to make these things for lunch at work? I'm not at home to where I can do all this cooking for a lunch. So I was wondering if there was a setting that you can put to say at work for lunch and it will change the types of lunches that it puts out. I love it outside of that fact. I wasn't sure if anyone else has been finding this difficult or not possible and what you guys have done.
Thanks for the help,
Josh
