more than the 75 plus spark already lets you track? since most labels aren't required to list more than a few basics, what spark provides is enough for me. if you didn't know you could do that, scroll down to the bottom of your food tracker and click on change nutrition goals. there you can add all the extras to track. they will show up in a chart at the bottom of the my nutrition page or in today's full report.
