Guilt is for when you're NOT sick! It's not like you're guzzling beer or full-caloried soda anyway. ;) What matters is that you do what you have to in order to get better. Take care of yourself, and hoping for a quick recovery!

I'm so sick :( Pretty much my whole family is. I've been doing good staying in my calorie range though but not really eating as healthy as I have been, but I'll get right back to that as soon as I can function. I just have been drinking diet Canada Dry today because it does help me feel better and soothes my throat. I haven't drank soda except for 2 times for a month and a half and have been enjoying the water and the way it makes my skin feel. Just that the water is not helping my throat. Do you think the Canada Dry counts towards water intake while I am sick? I have been eating soup and tea too.
