In many exchange type eating plans...
a serving of meat is about 3-4 ounces cooked portion.
Each ounce of cooked meat has on average 7 grams of protein.
Thus 3-4 ounce cooked portion = 21-28 grams of protein

3-4 ozs is a serving of protein. That's 85 - 113.5 grams in weight.

However if you are looking for grams of protein per serving, they will vary. Most meat/fish fowl servings tend to have around 20 grams of protein in them per 4 ozs, but all vary slightly.

The best way to determine serving size is by the weight though.

I'm curious...how many grams of protein is considered a serving a protein?
