Vegans can eat beet sugar or cane sugar that has not been filtered through bone char ( or charcoal.). Agave tends to be a pretty popular choice for replacing honey though as it is already liquid.

FYI - I believe it is honey that isn't vegan - since it is made by bees.

Was the protein the size of a deck of cards (approx 4 oz) or twice that? Once you figure that out, you can enter it in the food tracker to estimate calories. The calories from the veggies is negligent, but you can enter all that in the tracker as well. You might just have to estimate the oil and sauce. I would say 2 tsp of olive oil and 2 Tbsp of orange marmalade (because that's how I would cook it at home). But you would have a better idea of how much sauce was on the plate. Put it all the the tracker to get an idea, them move on. The best part is that you enjoyed it. Don't worry too much about one meal. Hope it helps.

I'm guessing it was seitan (don't get this kind of food very often). I would guess 2 servings sizes.
What was in it? Let's see.

3 asparagus chopped in 4 pieces. Same with String beans.
2 regular white button mushrooms sliced

The sauce was sweet. I thought that vegans don't use sugar, so maybe it was honey with orange.

Wheat gluten filet medallions. So, seitan?? Can you guesstimate the serving size? And how much of each of the veggies? The hard part to determine is how much oil it may have been cooked in and any sauce it may have been served with.

Haven't found anything similar. I took a guess at 750 calories but I suspect I'm way off.
