Tracking my food has been eye opening and informative. It is helping me plan my food each day and keeping me honest. No more "guessing" , it is all in black and white. I feel it will help me stay on track. Tracking my exercise makes me feel good about myself and inspires me to do more.

First all I learned that calories add up quickly when you eat bread or crackers or cheese. Some of my favorite foods! I've been able to think twice before grabbing some chips or cheese or crackers. I am making different choices on what types of carbs I buy and eat.
