Yeah, unfortunately I've found bread in general is pretty difficult to fit in to my range, and Senorita Bread from the images looks like it's buttered and sugared so that will drive up the calories even more.

At 300 calories apiece, I think I would try to avoid buying them completely, unless as a pre-planned once in a while treat, and even then I'd try to share with a friend!

Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.

300 calories seems about right to me.

Yep, white bread is not exactly a diet food. Eating four servings of anything is rarely a good plan. These are important eating lessons to learn.

Even whole-grain bread is pretty high in both calories and carbs. It's something to be careful with and plan into your nutrition for the day BEFORE you eat it.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

I've seen it at 300 calories and at 225.

If you aren't sure, you could put it in the middle? Say 260?

Maybe someone else knows the exact amount.

Is it true that one little piece of Senorita bread is almost 300 calories? I've tried to find out online but found different answers...So I thought I'd ask here. I had four pieces earlier..Oops. They are irresistible. emoticon
