I had a wee peek at your Nutrition Tracker and note that your calories are mostly around the 1400 daily You don't indicate what exercise you do. IF you do a lot of exercise, then you will need to eat a bit more, and unless there are other circumstances involved, would be inclined to up the calories a bit, anyway to slow the loss down. Certainly, 1lb per day at your current weight is really too fast.
When I mentioned previously about 'other circumstances', I noticed that you belong to Bipolar and Depression teams. Have your medications been changed recently that may have something to do with this?
If over-exercise for the calories consumed isn't the cause, I would be inclined to talk with your Dr because sudden weight losses can often be a result of medical issues, such as Hyperthyroidism and Diabetes.
