i do the trampoline. Also working out at your highest intensity helps. It may seem weird, but i also brush my skin. start at your legs and go up toward your heart. Do each arm toward your heart and then lightly up the belly. That tends to get my lymph moving as well.
I don't know about a specific diet or foods to be avoided or eaten, but where it comes to exercise, I would think that it would depend on just what the problem is. This is something that you really need to talk with your Dr about. For some problems, gentle exercise is called for, moving the arms and legs, rather than vigorous, but again i urge you to talk with your Dr.
