Hi all, Everyone said taking tea with breakfast is not a healthy choice.It can take away the iron from your food. So drink tea one hour after or before breakfast. So I have started taking milk in the breakfast. In breakfast I usually have 2 slices of brown bread with cheese and salad (cucumber,lettuce,tomato). Sometimes I have 2 Chappatti's with vegetables. Is it good to take milk with Chappatti's and vegetables???
