The honey part gives me pause...is this regular tea in a teabag?

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

In general, when "water" is recommended, it refers to liquids which your body will use for basic functions. It really should specify "liquids", rather than water, specifically.
Therefore, "water" includes water, tea, coffee, milk, juice, soup, and even many water-based foods, such as gelatin.

Look at it as any ingested substance which your body can extract water from. Naturally, a cup of gelatin isn't the same water value as water... but it should be included in any case.

Yes. I track plain tea as water, but if I add sweetener, or anything with a few calories, I track as a lite snack..I prefer plain tea though oolong and blackberry flavored my favorite.

Hi having problems with drinking water in the winter, so have opted for Twinings honey and lemon herbal tea, can this be in included in my daily water intake?
