I've always been able to maintain a steady weight - now it is soooo much harder. Have to keep moving to keep it off. But what I really wish for is a full nights sleep.

I have just started to gain more weight after keeping it off for 2 years. I never thought it could be menopause.

I find starch carbs are my worst enemy. I get my starch fix from beans now.

Yes it can be very challenging to be in that peir-menopause stage of life, I totally understand your frustrations.

Until about my mid-40's I could eat pretty much what I wanted when I wanted to and not gain a pound. Now, I have gained 17 pounds, lost 12, gained 10, lost 10, gained 14 and lost none. It's frustrating!
