I agree with FIELDWORKING. Unless you know how many calories a day you are eating and how much you're exercising, it's really not possible to give you advice. But if you believe you don't eat enough, maybe this is the time for you to seek a professional for advice. A dietitian will be able to sit down with you face to face and go through a detailed assessment of your eating and exercise patterns. If you don't know who to contact, you might start with your primary care physician and ask for a referral.

1) Are you eating at least 1200 calories/day? It is recommended to eat a minimum of 1200 calories/day to reach the basic nutritional needs for the day.
2) Are you doing any kind of exercise (both cardio & strength training)? If so, then you will need to eat more than 1200 calories. How many calories to consume when exercising depends on the time spent exercising and on the frequency and intensity of the workouts.
When you joined, you should've been able to put in your height, gender, age, current weight, goal weight, how much weight you want to lose per week, the amount of time & frequency of cardio and strength training per week, etc. From there, it would figure out the calorie range per day.
