You haven't provided enough information.
1) Are you eating at least 1200 calories/day? It is recommended to eat a minimum of 1200 calories/day to reach the basic nutritional needs for the day.
2) Are you doing any kind of exercise (both cardio & strength training)? If so, then you will need to eat more than 1200 calories. How many calories to consume when exercising depends on the time spent exercising and on the frequency and intensity of the workouts.
When you joined, you should've been able to put in your height, gender, age, current weight, goal weight, how much weight you want to lose per week, the amount of time & frequency of cardio and strength training per week, etc. From there, it would figure out the calorie range per day.
