Just remember that juice is a very concentrated source of natural sugar and calories, without the fiber that whole fruits and veggies have to slow the absorption of the sugars. Is there any chance you can borrow a juicer for a few weeks before you buy? Then you would get an idea of how hard or easy it is for you to limit/control the juice calories and how your body responds to it, without being committed because you bought an expensive machine.

How do you count calories for the juice? Since you dont get the pulp?

Ok cool. I will check that out. I love adding veggies to my smoothies and tried veggie juice once and loved it.

I have the Hamilton Beach big mouth juicer and think it works really well. I just got it at Christmas time, so am still new to juicing. I have only done fruit juice, haven't ventured into veggies yet, it kind of seems yucky to me, LOL. I change up my combo's all the time, but like doing orange/apple/kiwi/blueberry/pear in any combination.

Does anyone have a juicer and juice fruits and veggies? I eat a good diet but would love to juice some fruits and veggies to have during the day. I still plan to eat all my normal meals. I am not going on a juicing diet just want to add it in.. There is a health food store that i sometimes get a green juice from but it gets expensive.

What kind of juicer do you have? Do you notice health benefits? What is your favorite fruit and veggie combination?

Right now i have a ninja professional which says it juices but it basically just blends it. I actually want to juice..
