As a thought - do you have any particular stressors or worries that are playing on your mind? This can often turn a person off food and upset the normal sleep pattern. If so, you may find that having a diary beside your bed and writing down what you are worried about before you turn the light off, may help to relax you enough to fall asleep.
Other than that, I will suggest that sometimes if you concentrate on your breathing, which is hopefully slow and rhythmic, you will be able to wipe other thoughts out of your head, and find those seemingly elusive zzzzzzzz'd (It's my accent. I'm a New Zealander, and we call the letter 'z;, "zed" not "zee" - LOL!
I plan on calling her Monday morning, see when I can come in. I also forgot to put in part of my topic. I was going to ask for some different ways to actually get to sleep. Or some things that may help my body slow down and want to sleep.

For the past week, I've been having some serious trouble with my diet. Not about eating healthy, really, but about eating at all. I haven't had the drive or the desire to eat, unless I'm absolutely starving. And even then, when I start to eat, I lose interest within just a few bites. I'm down 3 pounds in a week now, which the weight loss is nice, but I'd like to know why my desire to eat is gone. Also for the past week, I have not been able to sleep well at all. I have had a lot of trouble getting to sleep, and then staying asleep. I used to be able to go to sleep like around 9-10 pm, and sleep til 8-9. Now, I usually don't go to sleep til around 2-3, and I wake up constantly. Just the other day, I laid down to sleep at 10 pm. Woke up at 11, and was up until 2. And then woke up and and went to work at 530. I feel plenty tired, so whats wrong with me?
