Oatmeal

I have recipes for making it overnight in the fridge with yogurt and fruit - and you eat it cold.

I also like it hot with some nuts on top.

Kashi Go Lean Toasted Berry Crumble

Fiber One Caramel Delight (I'm having trouble finding this one now)

Kelloggs FiberPlus cinnamon O's (like cheerios but with Fiber, really tasty)

I absolutely cannot get myself to like oatmeal, as much as I'd like to....I think it's the texture.

I love millet ....it is a whole grain and you can make it in to porridge with added blueberries, cinnamon etc. very healthy and gluten free

No more muffin top for me - this time I will meet my target weight!!

I go with old fashioned oatmeal almost every day. Once or twice a month I have Wheat Chex because I like the taste and they come with the 'seal of approval' from the whole grain council.

Just plain and simple oatmeal. You can change it up by adding fruits or even peanut butter to it.

174 will put me at overweight, but not obese!!!

The only processed cereal that I would consider healthy is Kashi Go Lean. The texture takes some getting used to, but it is very good with yogurt.

Old-fashioned oats are much better for you.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

Puffed rice...no sodium or sugar....or Kashi whole grain puffs...I add blueberries for fiber and to sweeten and some sliced almonds or walnuts at times for heart health.

The blog has a little chart at the bottom, comparing nutritional values in the 10 cereals. I think the thing is, everybody's opinion of "tastes good" can be different. So you may need to experiment a bit, to find a cereal that works for you. To me, wet Cheerios smell horrible. But my DH loves them.
