To increase your daily intake of water, start by replacing one non-water drink a day. For example, if you always have a cup of coffee when you get to work, have water instead or if you always have a carbonated drink with your lunch, replace it with water.
Once this has become a natural habit, do the same with another of your regular non-water drinks and so on until most of your drinks are water.
