The nutrients you can add info for are those that are required to be reported on a food label. Since the ones you listed below aren't required, that's why they aren't options. There isn't a way to change those.

When adding vitamins and minerals some of them are not on the form that comes up. For example: Vitamin K (as Phytonadine), Vitamin B6, Biotin, Chromium and nothing for my fish oil gel caps. Is there a way to add these and other ingredients to the form?
