I sometimes make a 'fancy' fruit salad, and have a dollop of nice yoghurt with it. That is sooo quick and easy and gives you more time with the family (no prep)

emoticon It's been awhile since I've had a Saturday night off. So I wanted to enjoy some chicken and beer with the family. I feel like it's okay once in awhile. We are celebrating too.
