I only have 3 cups of fruit a day. Do you have any suggestions for meals? I have a lot of salads. Bread seems to trigger my sugar cravings especially in the afternoon. I think I will cut it out in the afternoon.

I have been without sugar for almost two weeks. Feel like sugar doesn't have a hold on me like it used to. Still learning though. Try to always look for new ideas and recipes. Is there ever too much fruit u can eat? I use it especially when I have a craving it takes it right away! And I use stevia to sweeten coffee or tea. I hope many will respond to this topic
