Some ideas

Filet mignon is a good choice for dinner with some steamed veggies or a top sirloin which is extra lean with less than 4 grams of saturated fat per serving.
A portabella mushroom burger...maybe with sweet potato fries
Any kind of a kabob, shrimp, chicken, beef.
Pork offers plenty of protein without too much fat...a center cut pork chop or pork tenderloin.
Pepper steak

Maybe try soup... Beef Barley, Lentil soup, Black Bean Soup, tomato soup, minestrone and a small vinegar and oil salad.

I am a consultant and will be on the road most of the week, looking for healthy eating hints while away from home. I will not have access to a a kitchenette, so mostly eating from menus. The next assignment is in downtown Montreal so if you have suggestions for where to eat that could be greatly appreciated
