Maybe try soup... Beef Barley, Lentil soup, Black Bean Soup, tomato soup, minestrone and a small vinegar and oil salad.

I am a consultant and will be on the road most of the week, looking for healthy eating hints while away from home. I will not have access to a a kitchenette, so mostly eating from menus.
