After I input all of my info into a system, it says that my daily calorie limit is 2200 calories with exercising moderately at least 3 times/weekly. It doesn't seem like I will lose weight with that amount of calories, so I dropped my calories down to 1700 or less/daily and still exercise 3 times a week. I'm just confused. I want to eat the amount of calories that my body needs. Am I missing something? Is there an easier way to calculate how many calories I should be consuming with exercise?
