I did some healthy choices this week.. Earlier in the week i bought a package of foodclub original rice cakes. They r so good... I put peanut butter on them. I been eating 2 a night. It does satisfy my snack cravings. Also yesterday (Thursday) i bought some salad (just romaine lettuce) and some sliced olives and light wishbone italian dressing and i mix it together and that was my dinner last night instead of pizza... I hope this trend continues. I probably gonna start my yoga this weekend.....
