The previous poster is correct that SparkPeople doesn't recommend any kind of cleanses. Your body is already very efficient at removing toxins, and cleanses can actually do more harm than good. They mess with the balance of healthy bacteria in your system, which can make you sick. The best way to cleanse is through a healthy diet and regular exercise.
