These are some things I take to work for snacks, but I do a lot of moving throughout the building, a more sedentary position these may not be as beneficial for. If I know I'll be sitting a lot I tend to pack more veggies.
Muller corner yogurt with granola or plain yogurt and pretzels to dip canned fruit (only in fruit juice or water sweetened with splenda) banana cucumber slices - as many as you want! (any veggie really but I love cucumber)
and I also found that drinking a lot of water throughout the day helps.. For some reason I can drink a ton more water if it's through a straw, do whatever works for you!
