These are some things I take to work for snacks, but I do a lot of moving throughout the building, a more sedentary position these may not be as beneficial for. If I know I'll be sitting a lot I tend to pack more veggies.
Muller corner yogurt with granola or plain yogurt and pretzels to dip
canned fruit (only in fruit juice or water sweetened with splenda)
cucumber slices - as many as you want! (any veggie really but I love cucumber)
and I also found that drinking a lot of water throughout the day helps.. For some reason I can drink a ton more water if it's through a straw, do whatever works for you!
