I find it more important to monitor where my carbs are coming from. I prefer to attain at least 90 percent from veggies and low sugar fruits personally.

Are you on a carbohydrate counting or carbohydrate controlled diet plan from your physician, dietitian, or diabetes educator?

If not, you can basically take your Sparkpeople carbohydrate amount and divide the amount into 4 parts. Use 1 part for breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner. Take the last fourth and divide it into your snacks for the day.

This is just 1 example of a distribution plan.
