I agree with Becky, but will also add that it used to happen to me. First thing in the morning I would be tons slimmer than after breakfast. It turned out to be the little bit of milk in a cup of tea that was the culprit :-( I kept a diary of what and when I ate and the effect, including my measurements before and after breakfast. The Specialist I was seeing at the time went through it with me. I had already identified the cause, and he confirmed it. Maybe this is something that you could do between now and seeing your Dr. The Nutrition Tracker would be good for that.
