I prefer to cook more than rely on pre-made or fast food. However, homemade food doesn't come with a nutrition label to make counting carbs/calories/fat easy. Well I just found a website that you put your recipe into and it gives you that information. It even grades your dish based on vitamins, cholesterol content, etc. Don't know if any of you already know about it, but had to share.
Oops! Just found out it's a no no to share links. Well, Google Calorie Count. It should be on top of the list. Then find the tab that says, "Foods". Hover your pointer over that and a drop down menu will appear. Click on "New Recipe" and it will take you to the page I want to share.
'For I know the plans I have for you', declares the Lord. 'Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.' - Jeremiah 29:11
