I agree that you should save your money. Some of those products work, but only as long as you're taking them. As soon as you stop, the weight comes right back. Stick with a healthy diet and regular exercise, which are the proven ways to lose weight and keep it off for good.

No, but I did try Raspberry Ketones and Green Coffee Beans. One did nothing and the other elevated my blood pressure.

So I am going to pass on the Garcinia Cambogia. Save your money.

Made it to my maintenance weight of 125 pounds.

Even though I have reached goal. I still don't know everything about weight loss.
