I need help! In looking at all the recipes listed in their website and looking closely to the nutritional facts none of these recipes are healthy unless we are eating a plain toss salad. Why do I say this? because the recipes are either high in calories, fat or sodium. I checked out a lot of the recipes that the sodium is so high that it will cause you blood pressure to rise up pretty high. I'm struggling with this diet issue. I need to find healthy recipes that won't cause my hypertension to get worse or cause me to have a 3rd stroke. Recipes that are more filling than just a salad. Anyone out there willing to help me?
