The previous poster has given you some good advice. I agree that most people don't need protein supplements and they don't help with weight loss. You're better off trying to get your protein from natural food sources instead.
If you haven't already met with a registered dietitian, ask your doctor for a referral to see one. They can create a meal plan specific to your needs.
