Try flavored (not sweetened) seltzer water. It's what I drink most of the time since I don't like plain flat water. The only other things I drink now are plain unsweetened tea, and one cup of coffee a day with milk (I wish I could drink it black, but I just can't.)
Liquid calories are such a waste and once you break the soda habit it really will not even taste good anymore, just insanely sweet. The flavored seltzer is a great alternative! The first few days without soda might be tough but it is totally worth giving up. Good luck!
ETA: I would also suggest either weaning off the soda slowly, or having a couple cups of coffee a day at first instead of the soda to avoid caffeine withdrawal. Those headaches can be wicked if you try to go cold turkey.
