It can be daunting at first! I've gotten to the point, though, where my body craves it.
A lot of people who don't like the taste add crystal light or mio, I know crystal light is low calorie, I don't know anything about mio. Others add lemon/lime. It's all good.
I try to stop drinking water by 7 pm, or I'd be floating in my bed all night ;)
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
