JERF - Just Eat Real Food


Working on completing my certified Personal Trainer course in the new year!

I eat mostly vegetables, fats, meats, some fruit and dark chocolate. Unprocessed and preservative free. And it's changed my life!

Keeping my blood sugar levels consistently under 101 mg/dl or 5.6 mmol/L with my LCHF diet.

I thought this would be a good thread for any New Years newbies here on SparkPeople. The Diet and Nutrition forum is a great place to ask questions but weight loss can be confusing at times with so many different people offering opinions.

One area of diet and nutrition where I hope everyone can agree is that in order to have a healthy body, lose weight and feel great you have to eat lots of vegetables and fruit each and every day!

If at every meal and snack you eat some vegetables or fruit you will be healthier, feel better and be one step closer to achieving a healthy weight.

What does everyone else think? Vegetables and fruit for health and weight loss?
