i found a magnet that said opening this door could be bad for your health. I printed the same thing out on a piece of paper and put it on my pantry too. i put them at eye level.

How about the government food plate? It's colorful, and helps remind you to eat a balanced meal at EVERY meal, with easy-to-remember colors and it's easy enough an 8 year old gets it. I had one on m ine for a while until I gave it to a friend:

Spark has a lot of those motivational sayings over pretty pictures - I actually just read an article this morning that had a lot of good ones. You can also build your own on your homepage with the motivational board - things you've succeeded at as well as goals you're setting for yourself. Other people may like a picture of themselves at their goal weight, or a picture of themselves at their heaviest (as a "I never want to be there again" sort of thing), or a picture of the dress they want to buy when they reach their goal weight, or a picture of their kids, or pictures of bright fruits and vegetables to remind them to eat that.

It really boils down to what motivates YOU!

Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.

I need a constant reminder that I need to make better food choices- does anyone have any ideas for something for me to post on my fridge in my kitchen? It can be literally anything that reminds me that I am eating healthier. I'm just not having any ideas come to mind.
