They used to give you 15 points for tracking 3 meals a day too, but now you would need to enter 15 foods to get them, so most days I only get 11-12 out of 15 points. I eat lots of food, so I think this sucks, but it IS just points. Just track, either with favorites, or groupings, and whatever points you get, you get. Over time, you will find that points add up pretty quick. I am almost to my 3 year Sparkversary, and will probably be at Level 20 by then, without even trying that much, except when I started. I tried for 100 points a day, and just burned out, reading articles, huddling etc.
I found I was putting way too much effort into point-getting, than actual dieting and exercise..lol. Points are nice, but health is even nicer.
