It's summer here which makes getting in fruit and veggies easier. I usually have
1/2 a banana before the gym (3 days a week)
1/2C strawberries and 1/4C blueberries with greek yougurt for breakfast
1 piece of veggie quiche and 2C of baby spinach with dressing for lunch
1-2 servings of veggies for dinner (usually broccoli, silverbeet, spinach, etc)
I also try to snack on fruit if I'm hungry.
A great trick to get in more veggies is to add them to ground meat. You can use half the amount of meat and then add grated zucchini, grated carrots, lentils... anything small enough to mix in with the meat.
There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.
