As far as vitamins in general are concerned, I am a firm believer that in most cases, you are best off to ensure that you eat a healthy diet with a lot of variety - including lean protein, and plenty of fruit/veges and some healthy fats.
Where it comes to specific things like your mentioning your Thyroid function, it is best that you talk with your Dr about it, and if need be get a referral to a Registered Dietitian for more qualified input.
I take probiotics, spirulina along with fish oil and 5 HTP. I used to take Garden of Life Probiotics but found them much cheaper on Vitacost getting Vitacost brand. I even caught them when they were having a sale so I bought one and got a bottle for free:) The spirulina I have is Vitacost brand too.
